Live from Fort Worth, Texas! The Bardtenders head to Fort Worth for the second annual Heard House to bring you live episodes with some amazing hospitality professionals. The Bardtenders had the chance to stay at the Heard House sponsored by Heard Card Game where bartenders from around the country came together to share their stories, gain access to education opportunities, and create some amazing memories along the way. Josiah has been an avid lover of flavor his entire working career. Starting at a coffee shop where he was taught the differences and nuances in producing regions, he has pursued the joy of finding and promoting products with character. After nearly a decade in Coffee, he transitioned to Cocktails and Spirits in the pursuit of something new, with his desire for knowledge and flavor leading him to work in some of Seattle’s most respected bars, Liberty, Rob Roy, and Tavern Law.
Most recently Josiah has been the Bond & Royal Craft & Luxury Specialist for Seattle and surrounding areas, promoting and educating on some of the world's best spirits in a variety of categories for nearly 5 years. Now, his love of flavor and quality has led him to one of his favorite portfolios within Bond & Royal, La Martiniquaise. When not speaking passionately about Scotch and Rhum Agricole, you can find him cooking most days and spending time with his wife, two sons, and his two Pomeranians.
