Jonathan is an experienced industry professional with over 25 years in the field. He is the head of The Bitter Gringo Co., which specializes in consultations, content creation, and education. In 2022, Jonathan was awarded the title of World's Best Margarita in the Cointreau Margarita Challenge. In 2024, he earned the World Class US Bartender of the Year title at the National Finals. Jonathan continues to pursue his passion for hospitality by creating cocktail menus, hosting events, and sharing his knowledge with the community.
